Food security, healthcare, education programmes for foundations and institutions funding nutrition and global health work.

Over-arching themes of my research interests are Food Security and Triple Burden of Malnutrition which can manifest as undernutrition and hunger, overweight and obesity, and invisible micronutrient deficiency.

My research work is focused on finding practical and innovative solutions to these complex problems for humanitarian settings, stemming from my doctoral research work (ongoing) at Imperial College London on nutrition interventions for children affected by conflict and humanitarian emergency settings.

PhD research presented to academic, medical and humanitarian audiences at Blast Injury Conference 2024, during the Paediatric Blast and Conflict Injury Session and discussed during the Panel with representatives from Save the Children, the Biomedical Engineering Department and Centre for Paediatric Blast Injury Research at Imperial College London, and University of Bath.
